The rain didn't stop us!

Our second-day filming!! The last I've spoken we had ended the filming day with all major scenes filmed and the only thing being left is the title. We decided to leave adding the title scene during the second day of filming because of time arrangements. We were rushing for some of the scenes to the second day allowed us to redo those with the same lighting and location. With this, we were also given more time to add more details to our story and production.

Being an actor I was given some directing vision in a sense. I was allowed to voice some opinions that I thought would help the film more. From the directions I would walk or what other actors could possibly say to each other. One thing we wanted to add but wasn't sure how at first was foreshadowing. We wanted to add that eerie feeling to enhance the thriller genre. I think the other actor's conversation embodied that perfectly. Another thing I loved I was able to do is improve how I moved within scenes. I spoke a lot with the direct kai a lot during this process. There is this one clip I absolutely love and it is with Lucia and Mia are running and soon stopping for a break. When filming I suggested Kai maybe have an over-the-shoulder shot and make the camera follow my head while I turned. The scene came out beautifully and we opted to keep it.

A part of the day that I loved was the weather! It had rained both days so the park had a gloomy atmosphere which only helped the film. This made it run smoother since it matched the first day of filming. That also wrapped up our second day perfectly and now onto editing!
